We’re seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead a commercial refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance team. Specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of energy-efficient commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and HVAC systems, our client has built an excellent reputation for delivering high standards of customer service and technical expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware professional with proven leadership skills and extensive experience within the refrigeration and HVAC sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service and maintenance function, providing technical support to engineers, preparing quotations for maintenance agreements and remedial works, and supporting the day-to-day coordination of service operations. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and the continued smooth running of the maintenance department.
