We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join a team in Bristol! You will coordinate service requests, manage help desk tickets, and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for help desk queries via phone and email
- Log and manage support requests in the help desk system
- Prioritise and assign tasks to maintenance engineers or internal teams
- Coordinate servicing and repairs of coffee machines and equipment
- Assist with resolving delivery or order-related queries
- Maintain accurate records and reports of support requests
Personal Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a coordination role
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or the coffee industry is desirable
