We are seeking an experienced and motivated Security & Fire Service Engineer to join our well established client, covering the GU and SO postcode areas. This role involves servicing and maintaining a wide range of security and fire systems for clients across the Southwest of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance and fault-finding on Intruder Alarm systems, primarily Galaxy and Texecom
- Training will be provided for HKC, Pacom, and DSC systems
- Maintain and fault-find on Fire Alarm systems, focusing on basic panel systems
- Service and support CCTV systems, including basic DVR and NVR setups
- Maintain and support basic Access Control systems
- Participate in a callout rota, currently 1 in every 6 days
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in the security and fire systems industry
- Strong diagnostic and maintenance skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
