Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of multiple Electrical Building Services projects from concept through to completion.
- Coordinate all electrical design activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards.
- Manage project programmes, design resources and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and client requirements.
- Act as the primary electrical design contact for clients, consultants and internal project teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to Electrical Design Engineers, promoting professional development and best practice.
- Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement across the electrical design function, ensuring efficient and sustainable design solutions.
Personal Requirements
- Strong Building Services design experience.
- Experience leading M&E design teams.
- Electrical technical background.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
