About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Vending Service Engineer to join our field service team covering Essex and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing a range of vending machines at customer sites, ensuring equipment is operating efficiently and minimising downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair a variety of vending machines.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and technical faults.
- Carry out preventative maintenance to maximise machine performance.
- Install and commission vending equipment where required.
- Respond to service calls efficiently and professionally.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Manage van stock, tools, and spare parts effectively.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
