Field Service Engineer – Bean to Cup Coffee & Vending Machines

Location: Birmingham, Leicestershire & Warwickshire

Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + Bonus Scheme

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for great coffee and top-tier service? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll be the face of our business, delivering on-site support and ensuring our coffee and vending machines keep brewing happiness across the Midlands.

Your Role:

  • Diagnose and repair bean-to-cup coffee and vending machines at client sites
  • Provide first-class customer service with a professional and friendly approach
  • Travel across Birmingham, Leicestershire & Warwickshire – so living nearby is essential
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Use our handheld system to manage call-outs and parts ordering
  • Maintain a clean and positive company image at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience working with coffee or vending machines.
  • Strong background in electrical/electronic/plumbing equipment.
  • Previous experience in the water, coffee, vending, or gaming industries is a plus.
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required).
