The Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of bean-to-cup coffee machines across customer sites in South East and South West London. This is a mobile role, working independently while delivering a high standard of technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, fault-find, and repair bean-to-cup coffee machines
- Install and commission new equipment where required
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
- Maintain accurate service records
- Provide professional, customer-focused support on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience working with bean-to-cup coffee machines
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
- Field service engineering background preferred
- Full UK driving licence
