£38,000–£42,000 per year. Company vehicle provided.

We’re looking for a Field Service Coffee Machine Engineer to join our growing team, supporting premium clients across a range of venues and outlets. Our success is built on delivering outstanding coffee experiences, first-class service, and maintaining a positive, team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a range of coffee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring machines are left in top working condition.
  • Perform yearly PVIs on steam boilers (training provided if not certified).
  • Attend customer sites within agreed SLAs, completing brand standard checks (brand-specific training included).
  • Follow warranty and returns procedures accurately.
  • Handle installations and customer training within your service territory.
  • Ensure all equipment meets the agreed specifications for consistent coffee quality and first-time fixes.
  • Work closely with the central service desk, keeping them and customers informed on progress.
  • Maintain all company tools, equipment, and vehicles to a high standard.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong, lasting relationships.

About You:

  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Confident and approachable, with strong communication skills.
  • Strong electro-mechanical problem-solving abilities.
  • Good IT literacy and a clean driving licence.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel.

Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field service engineer working on coffee machines.
  • Hands-on experience with brands such as Schaerer, Carimali, Marco, and traditional barista equipment.
  • Excellent understanding of coffee quality standards and brewing systems.
