We’re looking for a Field Service Coffee Machine Engineer to join our growing team, supporting premium clients across a range of venues and outlets. Our success is built on delivering outstanding coffee experiences, first-class service, and maintaining a positive, team-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of coffee equipment repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring machines are left in top working condition.
- Perform yearly PVIs on steam boilers (training provided if not certified).
- Attend customer sites within agreed SLAs, completing brand standard checks (brand-specific training included).
- Follow warranty and returns procedures accurately.
- Handle installations and customer training within your service territory.
- Ensure all equipment meets the agreed specifications for consistent coffee quality and first-time fixes.
- Work closely with the central service desk, keeping them and customers informed on progress.
- Maintain all company tools, equipment, and vehicles to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong, lasting relationships.
About You:
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Confident and approachable, with strong communication skills.
- Strong electro-mechanical problem-solving abilities.
- Good IT literacy and a clean driving licence.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel.
Ideal Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field service engineer working on coffee machines.
- Hands-on experience with brands such as Schaerer, Carimali, Marco, and traditional barista equipment.
- Excellent understanding of coffee quality standards and brewing systems.
