About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial coffee equipment for a wide range of business customers. No two days are the same - you'll travel to customer sites, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure equipment is operating to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission commercial coffee machines and associated equipment.
- Service, maintain, and repair a range of professional coffee systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults efficiently.
- Carry out first-time fixes whenever possible.
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise customer downtime.
- Provide equipment demonstrations and customer support.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Manage van stock, tools, and equipment effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every customer visit.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working on commercial coffee machines or similar catering equipment.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- A full UK driving licence.
