Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced Buyer with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) procurement to lead, develop, and manage our clients buying function. The successful candidate will take full ownership of procurement activities, ensuring best-value purchasing, building strong supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for MEP materials, equipment, and support services.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance procurement processes, policies, and controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the buying team, ensuring effective workload management and high performance.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, material availability, and cost changes to support accurate project planning.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and the commercial team to forecast material requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company standards and reporting requirements.
