We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join a team in Bristol! You will coordinate service requests, manage help desk tickets, and ensure issues are resolved quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for help desk queries via phone and email
  • Log and manage support requests in the help desk system
  • Prioritise and assign tasks to maintenance engineers or internal teams
  • Coordinate servicing and repairs of coffee machines and equipment
  • Assist with resolving delivery or order-related queries
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of support requests

Personal Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a coordination role
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or the coffee industry is desirable
