Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our client based in Blackburn. This is a great opportunity for a motivated plumber with experience in commercial systems and water hygiene compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems across a variety of sites.
- Installation, servicing, and repair of hot and cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, and associated plant.
- Planned and reactive maintenance, including TMV servicing.
- Water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring and Legionella compliance duties.
- Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing system issues.
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety, water regulations, and building standards.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and certification.
- Liaising professionally with clients and site teams.
An Enhanced DBS check is required.
About You
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in commercial plumbing systems.
- Good understanding of Legionella control and water hygiene practices.
- Skilled in fault finding and remedial maintenance.
- Experience working with copper and plastic pipework systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable (not essential):
- Gas Safe registration (domestic or commercial).
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Ability to read technical drawings/schematics.
- Unvented hot water qualification.
