Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our client based in Blackburn. This is a great opportunity for a motivated plumber with experience in commercial systems and water hygiene compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems across a variety of sites.
  • Installation, servicing, and repair of hot and cold water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, valves, pumps, and associated plant.
  • Planned and reactive maintenance, including TMV servicing.
  • Water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring and Legionella compliance duties.
  • Fault finding and diagnosing plumbing system issues.
  • Ensuring all work complies with health & safety, water regulations, and building standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and certification.
  • Liaising professionally with clients and site teams.

An Enhanced DBS check is required.

About You

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in commercial plumbing systems.
  • Good understanding of Legionella control and water hygiene practices.
  • Skilled in fault finding and remedial maintenance.
  • Experience working with copper and plastic pipework systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable (not essential):

  • Gas Safe registration (domestic or commercial).
  • Basic electrical knowledge.
  • Ability to read technical drawings/schematics.
  • Unvented hot water qualification.
