Field Service Engineer – Coffee & Vending

£35,000 + Company Vehicle

We’re working with a well-established, family-run business with deep roots in the West Midlands and a team of long-serving, committed people who genuinely care about what they do. Operating purely in the Midlands region, this role offers structured regional coverage with no nationwide travel and minimal time away from home.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of your area, ensuring coffee and vending equipment delivers maximum uptime, reliability, and performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fault finding and repairs across coffee and vending equipment
  • Delivering first-time fixes and reducing repeat visits
  • Carrying out proactive preventative maintenance
  • Working closely with the Field Operations team to improve performance
  • Suggesting smarter ways of working and continuous improvements
  • Providing excellent and professional customer service

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A strong fault-finder with electro-mechanical experience
  • Experienced with coffee machines, vending equipment, or similar machinery
