Marble Talent are recruiting on behalf of a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor covering Kent, North London and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified surveyor looking to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation within the asbestos sector. The role will focus exclusively on domestic properties, carrying out a range of asbestos surveys across residential housing stock.
The Role
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
- Survey a variety of domestic properties across Kent and North London
- Produce accurate site notes and reports using tablet-based systems
- Ensure all work is completed in line with HSG264 and UKAS standards
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and residents
- Work independently whilst managing your own diary and workload
Requirements
- BOHS P402 qualification (P403/P404 advantageous)
- Minimum 1 year's asbestos surveying experience
- Strong understanding of HSE legislation and industry guidance
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
