Job Title – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer\\n\\nLocation – Central London\\n\\nSalary – £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)\\n\\nOverview\\n\\nWe are seeking a motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team working across Central London. We are open to junior engineers with the right attitude, as well as experienced engineers looking for stability, flexibility, and long-term career development.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a company that genuinely invests in its people, offering structured career progression, training support, and a healthy work–life balance.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems\\n\\n * Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of commercial HVAC equipment\\n\\n * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)\\n\\n * Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns\\n\\n * Completing job reports and documentation accurately\\n\\n * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service\\n\\n * Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team\\n\\nSystems You May Work On\\n\\n * Split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems\\n\\n * Commercial air conditioning systems\\n\\n * Refrigeration equipment (experience dependent)\\n\\n * Associated mechanical and electrical components\\n\\nCall-Out\\n\\n * Call-out rota: 1 in 9\\n\\n * Flexi-time available\\n\\n * Overtime offered but not compulsory\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\nEssential\\n\\n * F-Gas qualification (or willingness to obtain for junior engineers)\\n\\n * Full UK driving licence\\n\\n * Strong work ethic and positive attitude\\n\\n * Good communication and customer service skills\\n\\nDesirable\\n\\n * Experience in air conditioning and/or refrigeration\\n\\n * NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications\\n\\n * Experience working in commercial environments\\n\\nAbout Marble Talent\\n\\nAs engineering recruitment specialists, we pride ourselves on the ability to turn aspiring candidates at the beginning, middle or towards the end of their engineering careers into successful, professional engineers place at the right companies.
