Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead large-scale conferences and B2B events worldwide. The role involves managing complex projects, collaborating with client teams, mentoring staff, and ensuring sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

1. Lead project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring collaboration, clarity, and accountability.
2. Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and communication.
3. Oversee cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
4. Ensure event delivery aligns with creative and commercial goals, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
5. Manage international events considering local laws, logistics, and cultural nuances.
6. Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic client relationships.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in managing complex, international corporate events.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and grow accounts.
• Management experience, including mentoring junior staff.
• Strong understanding of brand experience and audience engagement.
