Our client is a Private Equity backed B2B services company that is on an exciting growth curve. They are seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to work alongside some highly experienced Directors, to drive growth through both new customer acquisition and up-selling/cross-selling into existing key accounts in specialist sectors. The business is well respected, has a track record in their market, and is focused on creating great customer outcomes.
This is a full-time role for a Junior Business Development Manager located in the Thames Valley region, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and supporting the development of strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research
- Analysing industry trends
- Preparing and delivering proposals/presentations
- Supporting business growth initiatives through effective communication and collaboration across teams
Qualifications:
