We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fireplace Site Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation of fireplaces and chimney systems on residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with fireplace and chimney installations
- Help prepare work sites, tools, and materials
- Loading vehicles with correct materials
- Support with lifting, positioning, and fitting fireplace units
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Transport materials and equipment when required
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Provide general on-site labour and assistance
Requirements
- This is an active role requiring continuous movement and handling of equipment.
- Basic knowledge of construction or installation work is beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to read technical drawings (preferred but not essential)
- CSCS Card (preferred but not essential)
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
