Marble Grange are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and Azure environments based in South East London. The successful candidate will provide advanced support across M365 and Azure platforms, manage cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and help maintain secure and resilient IT services.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience within ITIL environments
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Microsoft certifications desirable (MS-900, AZ-900, AZ-104 etc.)
Desirable:
- Experience with SolarWinds, Nutanix, Nasuni or Commvault
- Understanding of Azure networking and hybrid connectivity
