Job Requirements
The Role
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll define how brands show up in the world — emotionally, culturally, and creatively — with a strong grounding in experiential thinking.
You’ll partner closely with the Client Services Team (who lead client relationships), as well as with the Delivery Team and creative studio, to develop insight-led creative narratives that bring clarity and distinction to every project. You’ll help connect the dots between brand strategy, campaign thinking, and experience design — ensuring our work resonates across every touchpoint.
You’ll also play a key role in agency marketing – from creds and case studies to social content and award entries – helping us articulate and elevate our own brand story.
Job Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Translate briefs into sharp, insight-led creative strategies that drive impact
- Develop brand narratives and messaging frameworks that connect to experience, content and comms
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to shape experiences rooted in purpose
- Develop insights from research, trends, audience behaviour, and brand analysis
- Build concept platforms that can flex across channels, with strong experiential expression
- Collaborate with designers and internal teams to shape culturally relevant, purposeful work
- Write pitch decks, creative narratives, experience journeys, and concept frameworks
- Partner with the Client Services Team to define pitch architecture, storytelling, and client development strategies
- Support long-term brand and account planning, identifying strategic opportunities to grow client relationships
Internal Brand & Marketing
- Help shape our creds, positioning, and tone of voice across internal and external communications
- Write and structure case studies that bring strategic thinking to life
- Support social content, award entries, and thought leadership
- Identify cultural and industry trends that feed our creative and marketing pipeline
- Help define and protect our internal tone of voice and creative standards
Sustainability
- Embed sustainable thinking into the concepting process — from materials and formats to lifespan and legacy Advocate for lower-impact production approaches when shaping experience strategy
- Champion circularity in experience design — encouraging reuse, modularity, or digital-hybrid formats
- Collaborate with production teams to align creative ideas with practical sustainable solutions Stay informed on innovations, certifications, and trends in sustainability within the experiential and live events space
Key Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years’ experience in a strategic or conceptual role in an agency
- Proven experience developing ideas and narratives for brand activations, events, pop-ups, or immersive campaigns
- A natural storyteller with the ability to distill insight into simple, inspiring creative strategy
- Comfortable leading the strategic thinking on a pitch from brief to concept
- Cultural fluency – you know how to read trends, people, and spaces
- Experience crafting and presenting decks that sell both logic and emotion
- Collaborative and adaptable – thrives in a fast-paced, ideas-first environment
- Clear, concise writing and a strong visual sense for storytelling
