This is a senior role within an iconic pub and brewery business. Food sits at the heart of the operation, which includes a heritage pub & a tap room/event space at the brewery. Menus are rooted in quality, local produce, confident flavours and consistent delivery.

You will lead the on-site culinary operation, shape the food culture and be a visible, hands-on presence. You will be fully active in service and prep, this is a small, hands-on team.

THE ROLE
  • Maintain the tone for food, standards and kitchen culture.
  • Lead, recruit, motivate and develop the team when required.
  • Preserve a kitchen that is calm, organised and collaborative.
  • Oversee daily service.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, front-of-house and bar teams.
  • Champion cleanliness, structure and consistency.
  • Lead on all food related compliance.
