We are looking to add a mid-level credit analyst to our Performing Credit team in London to identify attractive investment ideas, proactively communicate with PMs and other team members, and work collaboratively with other investment teams to deliver strong returns to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generate actionable investment ideas across industries of coverage for CLOs, Separately Managed Accounts, Sub-Advised Funds, and other structures.
  • Provide detailed investment coverage of a portion of the European loan and high yield bond markets, including the USD issued debt of European corporates.
  • Participate in all aspects of the investment process, from initial diligence to ongoing monitoring of existing and potential investments.
  • Contribute to the team's external work product, such as investor communications and internal communication, such as with sector / macroeconomic observations.
  • Work collaboratively with other investment teams to identify potential opportunities and/or provide industry views.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of prior experience, ideally from a credit-oriented investment role, leveraged finance desk, or other related endeavor.
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated interest in leveraged finance.
  • Self-motivated individual eager to contribute to team's success.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Strong modeling and communication skills.

The average salary for this role is £130,000-£180,000 in base pay and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and in addition we will also consider internal equity and market data.
