We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or RNLD for the Area Manager position based in Plymouth. Responsibilities Overview- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Lead and support a team of care professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
