We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive continued growth across the UK, Norwegian and wider European energy markets, supporting the Company’s strategic expansion in oil & gas and infrastructure sectors. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing profitable business opportunities that support long-term growth.

The Business Development Manager will work closely with operational, commercial and technical teams, and will develop market intelligence, lead client engagement and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue streams, with a focus on expanding market presence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of fabrication opportunities across UK, Norway and wider European markets.
  • Identify and secure new business in line with revenue, margin and capacity targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, operators, engineering houses and key supply chain partners.
  • Monitor market activity, including capital projects, maintenance campaigns and asset life extension programmes.
  • Drive business expansion into new European markets and client organisations.
  • Lead customer engagement activities including meetings, presentations, site visits and industry events.
  • Manage opportunities through the full lifecycle from lead generation to contract award.
  • Support tender submissions, pricing strategies and contract negotiations to maximise win rate and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive, technically compliant proposals.
