Recruitment Consultant – Tech | Remote (UK-Based) with Texas Relocation Option

Location: Bristol or option to be remote

Experience: 3–4 Years in Recruitment

Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 base DOE + Uncapped up to 40% Commission (OTE £100k+)

With confirmed plans to launch in Austin, they’re looking for ambitious consultants who want to help lead the charge—remotely from the UK now, and in Texas within 12 months if desired.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running a 360 recruitment desk across the tech space (permanent roles only).
  • Taking ownership of your own market vertical and building a sustainable client base.
  • Working directly with senior leadership on the growth and structure of the US team.
  • Generating leads, sourcing top-tier tech talent, and closing high-value placements.
  • Option to remain remote in the UK or relocate to Texas with full support.

  • Base salary £40k–£55k DOE + uncapped commission up to 40%.
