We’re building one of the fastest-growing specialist executive search businesses in the legal market, partnering with elite law firms and global organisations on senior-level hiring mandates where the stakes are high and the delivery matters.

This is high-performance legal headhunting and commercial business development at the top end of the market. You’ll join a high-performance team working across legal executive search and business development, building relationships with senior legal professionals and decision-makers across private practice and in-house markets.

You will start on a 180 model, owning the front end of the search process:

  • Cold calling and market mapping senior legal talent
  • Building and owning candidate pipelines across niche legal markets
  • Booking high-quality meetings with candidates and your manager

From day one, you’re on the phones (day 3/4), learning fast, and operating directly alongside senior consultants and managers.

Requirements:

  • Law graduates or academically strong individuals with commercial awareness
  • Outstanding graduates (minimum 2:1) who are genuinely exceptional
  • Big energy and natural commercial presence
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly

If you’re a graduate — you must stand out.

Progression & Performance:

  • First promotion: typically 6–7 months
  • Promotion criteria: You’re not waiting years to prove yourself — performance moves you forward.

Training & Development:
