Junior Recruitment Consultant - MCR - Base up to 32k – OTE 50k

Responsibilities
- Sourcing & building relationships with high-calibre recruiters and recruitment businesses globally.
- Executing candidate sales processes from start to end.
- Embracing a strategic and consultative approach – NOT phone bashing.
- Winning & nurturing client partnerships and new business.
