• Sourcing & building relationships with the high-calibre recruiters and recruitment businesses globally.
• Executing candidate sales processes from start to end.
• Embracing a strategic and consultative approach – NOT phone bashing.
• Winning & nurturing client partnerships and new business.
• Building and growing your presence and network in the market.
