We're hiring Sales Executives to join a fast-growing Macclesfield team. No sales experience? No problem - we care about attitude, communication skills, and drive. Everything else we'll teach.

You'll be speaking to UK and US-based businesses and nurturing opportunities across a broad range of services, including accountancy, business broadband & mobiles, energy, card payments, business loans, telephone systems, and health & safety solutions. This is consultative, relationship-led sales, WITH NO COLD CALLING!! - majority of conversations are with warm or existing leads!

Salary, commission & progression:

  • £25k-£30k basic salary, uncapped commission on top, daily commission & cash incentives available, OTE £40k-£50k in year one.
  • Hit monthly KPIs → receive £1,000 pay rise.
  • Monthly incentives include top 3 performers earning additional cash and top performer taking home £250.
  • Overtime available at time and a half.
  • Optional US-shift opportunities (11:00–20:30) for increased earning potential.
