What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing Talent – Identifying and attracting the best technology candidates through job ads, headhunting, and networking
- Client Partnerships – Building long-term relationships with tech start-ups, scale-ups, and global businesses
- Full Recruitment Cycle – Managing everything from initial conversations through to placing candidates and closing deals
- Industry Expertise – Gaining market knowledge and advising clients and candidates on hiring trends, salaries, and opportunities
