You’ll be working exclusively on retained and high-value roles across global markets—no cold BD, no endless prospecting—just working on live, exclusive positions from day one.
The Role
- Source and build relationships with some of the best sales talent in the software industry worldwide
- Work on roles with innovative, high-growth tech companies (Cyber, DevOps, AI, Big Data, Analytics)
- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end: from first contact to final offer
- Take a consultative, quality-driven approach to candidate engagement—no “phone bashing” here
What You’ll Get
- Base salary £23–25k + realistic OTE £50k+ in your first year
- Average fee size: £25k UK / £35k US – meaning high commission potential
- Uncapped commission up to 30%

What We’re Looking For
- Graduate with at least 6+ months of sales experience (B2B, B2C, telesales, door-to-door, retail, estate agency, etc.)
