The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant , the successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top UK talent within the executive search market. Responsibilities include:

• Building and managing a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Effectively managing existing client accounts.
• Utilising recruitment tools such as LinkedIn to conduct targeted searches.
• Supporting senior consultants in managing client relationships and delivering high-calibre talent solutions.
• Staying up to date with industry trends to provide expert consultation to both candidates and clients.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree educated with a strong desire to excel in recruitment.
• Ambitious, detail-oriented, and financially motivated.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Suite.
