The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant , the successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top UK talent within the executive search market. Responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Effectively managing existing client accounts.
- Utilising recruitment tools such as LinkedIn to conduct targeted searches.
- Supporting senior consultants in managing client relationships and delivering high-calibre talent solutions.
- Staying up to date with industry trends to provide expert consultation to both candidates and clients.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated with a strong desire to excel in recruitment.
- Ambitious, detail-oriented, and financially motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office Suite.
