The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top UK talent within the executive search market. Responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Effectively managing existing client accounts.
- Utilising recruitment tools such as LinkedIn to conduct targeted searches.
- Supporting senior consultants in managing client relationships and delivering high-calibre talent solutions.
