You’ll join a specialist recruitment consultancy that connects talent with the companies building the infrastructure that powers the internet. With clients ranging from global enterprises to innovative tech firms, teams operate across:
- Enterprise & Network Security
- Telecommunications & Fibre
- Data Centres / Cloud / Infrastructure
This is a structured recruitment career path with hands-on training and rapid progression:
- Start in 180 recruitment — learning sourcing, candidate outreach and screening
- Evolve into 360 recruitment (full desk) as you progress
- Trainee → Consultant: 4–7 months
- Regular pay reviews between levels
- Supportive training and mentorship
