This is a structured recruitment career path with hands-on training and rapid progression:

  • Start in 180 recruitment — learning sourcing, candidate outreach and screening
  • Evolve into 360 recruitment (full desk) as you progress
  • Trainee → Consultant: 4–7 months
  • Regular pay reviews between levels
  • Supportive training and mentorship
