Delivery Recruitment Consultant – Manchester City Centre
Are you an experienced recruiter who loves the candidate side of recruitment — the relationship-building, sourcing, and delivery — but not necessarily the constant cold calling and business development?
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment experience to join a leading Manchester City Centre agency as a Delivery Recruitment Consultant. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants, supporting key client accounts and focusing on finding and managing top talent for live vacancies across high-demand industries.
It’s the perfect role if you enjoy the buzz of recruitment but want to focus on quality delivery, long-term relationships, and exceptional candidate experience — all within a high-performing, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with consultants and account managers to deliver top-tier candidates for live roles
- Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates using multiple platforms and headhunting techniques
- Managing the end-to-end candidate journey — from first contact to offer stage
- Building long-term talent pools within your specialist market
- Maintaining strong relationships with candidates and supporting them through every stage of the process
- Contributing to team targets and client satisfaction metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or internal) — any sector considered
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to work
- Motivated by results, teamwork, and delivering quality service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
What’s on Offer
- £28,000–£35,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission + additional bonuses
- Clear progression routes into Senior Delivery, Account Management, or 360 Consultant roles
- Office-based role in Manchester City Centre – modern workspace, great atmosphere, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and transport links
- Ongoing professional development and mentorship from senior recruiters
- Lively, team-oriented culture – regular socials, incentives, and recognition events
Why This Role?
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established recruitment business with the stability and resources of a major brand, while being part of a close-knit, growing Manchester team.
You’ll have access to warm clients, existing roles, and the chance to focus on quality delivery and relationship management, without the pressure of new business targets.
If you enjoy the people side of recruitment and want to take the next step in a supportive, ambitious environment — this is the perfect move.
