Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant – Quantitative Finance / Technology

You’ll join a fast growing, 8-year-old recruitment business with a small, collaborative team, focused on trading roles, quant researchers, and software engineers. From day one, you’ll take ownership over candidate processes, learn how to manage senior level searches, and develop a career in a high-value, niche market.

- Start on a 180 desk, focused on headhunting and candidate outreach
- Early exposure to live calls, roleplays, and shadowing senior consultants
