Want a career that combines high earning potential, rapid career progression, and global opportunities—without the outdated “hard sell” culture? We’re working with a well-established, independent tech recruitment firm (founded in 1998) that’s built a reputation for steady growth, a supportive environment, and genuine long-term careers. The business has grown to around 40 consultants, most of whom started as trainees—including today’s MD and CEO.
Your focus will be the Swiss market: a high-value space where deal sizes are typically £25k+, around twice the UK average—without twice the grind. You’ll recruit across both permanent and contract hires, in a market that rewards expertise and professionalism.
What’s in it for you:
- Uncapped earning potential: 30% commission on most deals (with no thresholds)
- Clear progression: every £80k billed = promotion (40% promoted last year; fastest Director in 11 months)
- Structured support: hands-on coaching and tailored L&D to get you billing quickly
- A stable, collaborative culture: average tenure of 6–7 years; no one left last year
- International outlook: option to work abroad for up to 4 weeks per year
- Flexibility: start between 8–10am, no clock-watching finishes, 3 days in the office (4 during probation)
- Extras: Lunch clubs, poker nights, summer & Christmas parties, and awards ceremonies
What we’re looking for:
- Recent graduate or early career professional
- Some sales experience (retail, telesales, B2B etc.) is a plus
- Additional languages or international experience highly desirable
- Ambitious, articulate, and motivated by success
