The Role
- Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
- Writing job adverts and marketing live roles
- Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
- Working towards targets and being rewarded when you exceed them
