The Role:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Consultants / 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, combining sales, business development, and candidate management. You will build relationships with clients, source top talent, and match candidates to exciting opportunities across specialist industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and client outreach.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and acting as their trusted advisor.

Candidate Management: Source, screen, and manage candidates from initial contact through to placement.

Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers.

Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for both new business and candidate placements.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and sector developments to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

Collaboration: Work closely with resourcers, other consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment solutions.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, ideally within Motorsport, Aviation, Marine, or Engineering.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously.
