The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, interview and place candidates across our specialist sectors.
- Build and develop relationships with candidates and clients throughout Europe.
- Generate new business opportunities and grow existing client accounts.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to placement.
- Advertise vacancies and proactively search for talent.
- Negotiate offers and maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates.
- Work towards individual and team targets within a supportive, collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in at least one European language (essential).
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-driven and motivated approach.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a fast-growing recruitment business.
