We are recruiting 2 Composite Laminators to support urgent Motorsport / F1 projects at a high-performance facility in Oxfordshire. This role offers strong contract stability and a high volume of hours on day shifts.

Pay Rates:
- £23.00 – £24.00 per hour (days)
- Outside IR35
- Weekly payment via Limited Company
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:00 – 15:00
Breaks and Facilities:
- Two paid 15-minute breaks at 10:00 and 15:00
- Lunch break from 12:30 – 13:00 (unpaid, with flexibility up to 1 hour if required)
- Free hot drinks provided (tea, coffee, hot chocolate)
- Daily on-site food service from an independent supplier at 12:30, reasonably priced
Experience Required:
- Motorsport / F1 or high-end automotive experience
- Proven composite laminating experience
