We are recruiting 2 Composite Laminators to support urgent Motorsport / F1 projects at a high-performance facility in Oxfordshire. This role offers strong contract stability and a high volume of hours on day shifts.

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Location: Oxfordshire
  • Contract Type: Contract
  • Shift Pattern: Day shift

Pay Rates:

  • £23.00 – £24.00 per hour (days)
  • Outside IR35
  • Weekly payment via Limited Company

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30
  • Friday: 07:00 – 15:00

Breaks and Facilities:

  • Two paid 15-minute breaks at 10:00 and 15:00
  • Lunch break from 12:30 – 13:00 (unpaid, with flexibility up to 1 hour if required)
  • Free hot drinks provided (tea, coffee, hot chocolate)
  • Daily on-site food service from an independent supplier at 12:30, reasonably priced

Experience Required:

  • Motorsport / F1 or high-end automotive experience
  • Proven composite laminating experience
