Working at one of the fastest growing businesses in the Solent region, we’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic individual to join our busy marketing team. Your role will cover all aspects of marketing, meaning every day is different! From gathering and posting content and creating film briefs to analysing campaign data, compiling reports and case studies, this role is perfect for someone wanting to develop their current marketing skills and grow within a business. Job Description
- To support in the implementation of the marketing strategy across all company divisions.
- Publish regular content through all channels including social media, website and press releases to maintain brand presence.
- Ensure imagery and video content is up to date at all times through all channels.
- Uphold the Company brand guidelines at all times.
- Support in the creation of targeted campaigns through all channels.
- Work with the Senior team to create marketing opportunities with top level clients, building credibility and endorsing the Mar-Key Group brand.
- Work with wider business to gather content from all departments of the business for use across social channels.
- Attend marketing events as required.
- Support the Head of Group Brand & Marketing with preparation of film briefs, appearing on camera with customers where required.
- Communicate with external agencies.
Lead Generation & Business Development
- Support with the administration and monitoring of all paid ads including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads etc. to maintain high level of inbound enquiries.
- Continuously improve lead generation performance, working with the team to monitor paid ad accounts, suggesting and actioning changes where required.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure full visibility of new enquiries across all divisions through the use of the CRM system.
- Update and maintain the CRM system to maintain an accurate database.
- Use the marketing strategy to target and successfully generate new business leads.
- Use website analytics to review ongoing effectiveness of live campaigns, SEO and understand how users interact with the website.
Office Support
- Maintain an accurate and orderly company online filing system including a catalogue of all imagery and video footage.
- Assist in clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, presentations etc.
- Maintain and update client/supplier database including operating of the Company IT system.
General Support
- To undergo any reasonable duties required to support management.
Essential Qualities required for interview/selection:
- Previous experience in Marketing preferred.
- Familiarity of social platforms and SEO practices.
- Strong organisation, written and verbal communication and relationship building skills.
- Creative and eager to present new ideas.
- Experience with paid ad campaigns preferred.
- Ability to work with senior management and executive level clients.
- Ability to build rapport and trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Eagerness to research the market and propose new and creative campaigns.
