Our Concierge team is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences, aligned with JA Resorts & Hotels and Forbes Five-Star service standards. Following a significant refurbishment and with continued investment planned across the resort, we are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our team in creating, curating and delivering unforgettable experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a neat and organised lobby area.
- Handling guest requests for special services or amenities.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Ideal Concierge:
- Experience as a Concierge, within Guest Experience or within a luxury hospitality environment is desired however not essential if you have:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
