Role Overview
At Mar Hall, we are continuing our journey towards becoming one of Scotland’s leading luxury resort destinations. Our Conciereg team is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury guest expereinces, aligned with JA Resorts & Hotels and Forbes Five-Star service standards.
Following a significant refurbishment and with continued investment planned across the resort, we are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our team in creating, curating and delivering unforgettaable experiences.
Key responsibilities of the Concierge will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining a neat and organised lobby area.
- Handle guest requests for special services or amenities,
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
The Ideal Concierge:
Expereince as a Concierge, within Guest Experience or within a luxury hospitality environment is desired however not essential if you have:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
