You'll work from a fully equipped mobile repair van, carrying out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs for dealerships, fleet operators, leasing companies and private customers across South Wales.

As a Mobile Vehicle Paint & SMART Repair Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs while providing outstanding customer service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out high-quality SMART repairs, including scratches, scuffs, stone chips and minor dent repairs.
  • Prepare damaged panels ready for painting.
  • Mix and colour match paint accurately.
  • Apply primer, basecoat and clear coat using professional paint techniques.
  • Blend adjacent panels where required to achieve invisible repairs.
  • Machine polish and finish repairs to an exceptional standard.
  • Refurbish and repair alloy wheels.
  • Prepare used vehicles to retail-ready standards.
  • Maintain your mobile repair van, tools and equipment to a professional standard.
  • Complete repairs safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional image at every customer location.
  • Follow company quality, health and safety procedures.

Essential

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in SMART Repair, Vehicle Paint or Cosmetic Vehicle Repairs.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent paint preparation and spraying skills.
  • Strong colour matching ability.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, reliable and self-motivated.
