Job Summary
The Core C++ developer will optimize proprietary trading systems by building ultra-low-latency infrastructure, enhancing execution speed and ensuring robust system reliability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C++, systems programming and high-performance computing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize low-latency, high-performance trading infrastructure in modern C++ (latest standards)
- Implement efficient and scalable trading algorithms, order execution, and risk management systems
- Optimize CPU performance, memory management, and multi-threaded applications.
- Work on low-level networking, including TCP/UDP performance tuning and kernel bypass techniques (AF_XDP, DPDK, or similar)
- Collaborate with quant researchers, traders, and infrastructure engineers to improve system performance
- Profile, benchmark, and debug real-time systems to minimize latency and maximize throughput
- Maintain robust and fault-tolerant system components for continuous trading operations
Job Requirements
- C++ Expertise: Advanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) with strong systems-level programming skills
- Low-Latency Systems: Proven experience building high-performance, low-latency, real-time systems
- Networking & Concurrency: Deep knowledge of TCP/UDP networking, multi-threading, and concurrency models
- Linux Performance: Strong background in Linux development, performance tuning, and system-level optimization
- Bonus Skills: Experience with kernel bypass (e.g., DPDK, AF_XDP), C# for trading infra, and familiarity with crypto or finance trading environments
