This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class operation at the ground floor and shape the member experience from day one.

The Role

As Club Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day running of a premium Private Members Club — leading a team of 20–25 staff, setting service standards, and working closely with the COO to execute the club's commercial and operational strategy. This is a senior leadership role requiring someone equally comfortable building relationships with members, managing operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team across all non-medical departments
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with board objectives
  • Build and retain a loyal membership base through exceptional service and engagement
  • Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and P&L reporting alongside the CFO
  • Drive revenue through upselling, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with medical and wellness teams to deliver a seamless member journey
  • Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across club operations
  • Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, and excellence

Key Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a Private Members Club, luxury hospitality, or premium fitness/wellness environment is essential
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Experience in a medical or wellbeing setting is highly desirable
