Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well established FMCG brand on their hire for an Accounts Receivable specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role will be well suited to someone who has started their career in Accounts Receivable and looking to develop in this area further or individuals who have an established Accounts Receivable background and are looking for a new environment to use their skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report into Financial Controller
- Manage and process all accounts receivables transactions including customer invoices, short claims and residuals.
- Chase outstanding debts from customers across Europe and take appropriate action to ensure timely payment collection.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to address and resolve customer billing issues promptly.
- Ensure the maintenance of appropriate credit limits for your customers
- Maintain compliance with financial controls and procedures and contribute towards audits.
- Reconcile company bank accounts and accounts receivable ledger with supplier statements as needed.
- Audit Support: Provide required schedules, documentation, and samples to internal and external auditors during the annual audit process
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing Accounts Receivable – ideally within FMCG.
- Full working rights for the UK
- SAP experience will be beneficial
This is a unique role where both hybrid working in central London (3 days in the office or 2 days at home) or a fully remote role within the UK can be offered.
