Mapped Recruitment is partnering with a London-based private equity-backed property investor and development organisation based in the heart of Mayfair. This role is ideal for individuals looking to work within a broad role in a small but high-growth organisation and team. Ideal for Big 4 candidates looking for their first move into the industry or accounting professionals looking for their next step within real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Group CFO
- Property management accounts - own the month-end close (P&L and balance-sheet reconciliations)
- Supporting the audit, budgeting, and cash management processes.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence, and preparation of marketing and investment materials
- Support in building, maintaining, and improving transaction and portfolio models
Key Requirements:
- Strong Educational background (ideally part-qualified or qualified accounting qualification)
- Ex Big 4 experience is advantageous
- Experience ideally within private equity, commercial real estate, or property management
- Financial Modelling experience
This role requires on-site working in the London office.
